Work purchased in, or shipped to, Ohio is subject to the 6.75% sales tax.
When we ship work, we try to find the most economical method of conveyance and we just charge the actual shipping amount. There are no packing or handling fees. If you decide you wish to purchase artwork, just click the "contact" button at the top and let us know what you want. We can either ship it out right away if you give us your credit card information, or we can hold it until you send us a check. You may also pick it up in person at Riverdog and pay for it at that time.
If upon receiving a piece, you decide you don't want it, return the piece within a week for a refund, minus the shipping charges. If a piece arrives damaged, we will issue a call tag and pay for the return shipping.
Please note: we are not currently accepting any special requests for custom pieces.
